Last week of class

This last week of class is going to be enjoyed. I am so glad that my papers are done and turned in. I think that I need to work on getting organized when writing a paper. I have thoughts in my head but sometimes I just have too much research. I need to just have the information I need and nothing more. My paper for this class was fun and interesting though I already knew more about the subject then most would, thanks to my son. But I did get the chance to read all the information they have collected from the study that he participates in. Now that was very interesting. I am glad that there is people out there researching topics and trying to make the technology better by their research. Well this has been a great 10 weeks looking forward to my break and to the start of the next 10 weeks. Have a great break everyone.

Hello Everyone,
I hope that you all have a great weekend. I am spending this weekend working on my papers that are due Tuesday and hoping that my weekend is better than the week has been. Tomorrow I am not going to leave my house. It seems that every other day this weeks something bad has happened and Saturday would be the other day. Sunday I rolled my ankle, Tuesday my daughter was hit by a car while crossing the street, and Thursday I got rear ended picking my daughter up from school. What a week. I am looking forward to reading my classmates papers and hope that you all enjoy reading mine. Well time to get to work on the rest of my class work. Have a great week everyone.

Sorry this post is so late  I have had a very busy day today. My daughter was hit by a car and had to take her to the emergency room. She has sprained her hip and on crutches for the next few weeks. Well sorry to make this short but I have more homework to get done. Talk to you all later.

Hello Everyone,
This past six weeks have been very busy for me between kids, school and the normal mom duties. I have tried to stay on top of things but they seem to be getting away from me this past 2 weeks. I need to get organized and get back on track. I don't believe that anything in my paper will help with future research, though my son is currently in a study to see how implants work and the progress the children are making. So he will be able to help them with understanding more about implanting children at an early age, considering he was implanted at 18 months old. He currently talks like there is nothing wrong and is almost caught up with the kids in his class. Well I have lots of work to do for both classes still so I will chat with you all later. Hello Everyone,
This week for me has been so busy that I haven't had time to think. My daughter had her homecoming this week along with the fact that both kids have been sick. I haven't stopped running since Thursday of last week. I can't wait for things to settle down. Both kids are feeling better but now I think I am coming down with something. This is crazy. Sept. 21, 2010 Plagiarism

After listening to the citation video and doing the reading I believe that it is very important to cite and reference any information that isn't your own. Using other peoples work and trying to pass it off as your own is wrong and illegal. I have always tried to make sure that I cite the information that I use. When it comes to a cochlear implant the information that I have knowledge of I have learned over the years since my son has one. I am not completely sure where all that information came from just that it was information that I needed to know as a parent to a hearing impaired child. Hope you all have a great week.

Hello Everyone,
I love being an online student for many reasons. It gives me the freedom to be at home with my kids and still get an education. I love the flexibility of the classes and the self-directed style but I would like to meet some of the students that I attend class with. I miss the friends you make while going to a campus. I am not sure how we could make a closer class community besides talking on the DB or AIM. Well that is all I have to say tonight. Hope everyone has a great week. Mine is going to be so busy I won't have time to stop and think. :)
